Men & Women..
I’m confused.

Having a lively discussion last night with my partner and her friends the question of sexism didn’t take long to come up.

Apparently if you offer women these days your seat on a bus, hold the door open for them, buy dinner, buy the drinks in a pub etc, offer your coat if they’re freezing when you have a shirt as well as a coat and they have something sleeveless etc, open the door of your car, compliment them on appearance, let them go through a door 1st – you get the jist – then your sexist.

But I would do these for anybody who is a friend of mine, and of course to strangers given the circumstances ie seat on a bus, hold door open etc.

But here’s the fucked up part of it. Speaking in more detail, if you don’t do the things that are expected of you as a bloke, you’re a rude, chauvinistic pig who doesn’t like women.

Just what the fuck is going on?

Whenever I walk though a door by instinct look behind me and hold it for anyone (man, woman , child, farmyard animal etc) who is close behind.
Have noticed that many men do this but in 95% of cases a woman will let it slam in your face.
It’s a bit odd really

I think more and more that women are embarrassing themselves these days with this sexism rhetoric.

Serena Williams classic example

I often find when driving past parked cars, the co-ordination of speed to allow oncoming cars to pass as well with the minimum inconvenience is nearly always shattered by some stupid cunt of a woman who refuses to brake or engage in eye contact.

I'm not sure of the motive.

Re: Men & Women..
With the exception of a few things, I open the door for people regardless of their sex, as it's just something that is normal.

Same with giving up my seat, if they're of a certain age (pensioner) or are pregnant, then it's the polite thing to do.

Would never do it just because they're a female, as that is a bit odd.

Re: Men & Women..
Whilst I would never wish to deprive privileged white women of their right to be outraged, all feminism achieves in my eyes is to confirm negative gender stereotypes. Namely that women think with emotion rather than logic and crave drama.

Ironic really!

I was on the tube once engrossed in my paper when a lady asked if she could have my seat. I saw she was pregnant and said 'sure no problem' and jumped up. She then turned around to her husband and offered it to him, saying something about a bad back or something, cheeky bitch. he had the good sense to decline.
